Article 1: Warranty clause

All 7fu products can be repaired free of charge until the same product is replaced, except that the package or sample information specifically indicates "Product is not covered by warranty", "Product warranty for 6 months" and "non-free repair or replacement scope" in clause 2. Please refer to the sample data for warranty terms.

Article 2: Non-free repair or replacement scope

1. Non-7 rich brand products.

2. 7 Rich products that indicate "product is not covered by warranty" in the sample data.

3. Improper use (such as human damage, not according to the precautions for using the tool, beyond the scope of use of the tool itself

4. The user has machined the product or lost the parts.

5. Rust, plating peeling, surface scratches, handle damage, etc. occur due to improper storage of the product before use, and the above conditions do not affect the use of the product after use.

6. Wear beyond tool life.

Article 3：How to repair or replace

1. Products that meet the warranty terms do not need any proof, and can be replaced or repaired free of charge to any designated sales point of 7FU products.

2. Free repair or replacement shall comply with the principle of "repair before replacement".

3. Non-free maintenance products, will provide paid replacement parts service.

Article 5：Power of interpretation

The right to interpret these terms belongs to 7 Fu Tools (Tengzhou) Company

Attached: The following circumstances are considered to be improper use of tools, are not repaired or replaced:

1. There is obvious damage to the square hole of the sleeve or the cylinder wall has obvious cracks, indicating that it has been used in the wind or power tools.

2. The handle of the screw batch is broken or the tool bar is twisted or broken, indicating that the screw batch is knocked or used as a pry bar.

3. The dual-purpose, plum, double-stay wrench is bent or broken, indicating that the wrench has been knocked or used as a pry bar.

4. There are obvious dents or electroplating falls off on the handle of the ratchet wrench, indicating that the handle has been knocked or used for the long tube.
